Additional Services

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please note that early check-ins cannot be accommodated
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1111
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately


 

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please note that late checkouts cannot be accommodated
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it


 

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
-No pets (unless you are at a specified pet property that would have stated so at the time you booked)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No early check-ins or late check-outs
- No fireworks are permitted
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact

Where do I get propane refills

If you should be with a large group and run out of propane there are several places to obtain a refill. your best bet is to google propane refill stations for the area you are staying.
