CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in AFTER time (no early check ins please) 
- The home is accessible via  YOUR ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out BEFORE your check out time. (No late check outs please)
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher or wash, dry and put away before check out 
- Strip ONLY used linens from all used beds, placing blankets on ends of beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile. Please seperate any wet items.
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pets are NOT allowed at all properties please make prior arrangements. 
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. This property features an exterior camera at the front of the house, facing the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

PARKING:
- Please check your specif property information prior to arrival. This can be found in your original pre stay information that was emailed to you.
