Welcome to the Maid In The Lakes Professional Cleaners program.
Once you have had your phone interview and your on-site interview, this is where you will complete your vetting process.
Simply follow the steps.

Step 1.
Download the required W9 to your device.
Complete and sign; Submit the completed and signed form.
Step 2.
Submit a photo or scanned copy of your valid driver's license. (both sides)
Step 3.
Open, download, read, sign, submit
Read and sign the Professional Cleaners Program Contract. Email the last signed page to us.
Step 4.
Sign up for the Professional Cleaners subscription Program.
$4.99 per month.
Step 5.
Once fully verified and vetted, you will receive a verification email containing a link to your new maid in the Lakes Professional Cleaners application (s)
Step 6.
Download and set up an account within the apps.

The complete vetting process can take up to
7-10 Business Days.
